A technology tip for change in higher education

EDU recently conducted a survey on the tech trends that have the potential to change the face of higher education in 2014. The results were published in the Jan-Feb print issue of EDU magazine.

Apart from the opinions on the technology trends we also asked our respondents, which included principals, deans and Technology heads, to explain to us the areas that higher education students must focus on.

Dr. G.S. Anandan, CEO, BTL Group of Institutions, Bangalore, had this to say on the areas that require focus from institutions and the government, “Companies and the government should work together and approve technolgy for web-based learning and improve solutions for distance learning, so that it gets some weightage when compared to regular class room learning.”
