Azim Premji University and Higher Colleges of Technology will work together to develop a new cadre of teachers and professionals


 

India's Azim Premji University has signed an agreement with United Arab Emirates's Higher Colleges of Technology to develop a new cadre of teachers and professional educators.
The agreement was signed by Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE's minister of higher education and scientific research, and Azim Premji, chancellor of Azim Premji University in Bangalore.
The Azim Premji University was established under the Azim Premji University Act 2010 of the Government of Karnataka to run programmes to develop education and development professionals. The university is conducting three level degree programmes.
