The programme aims at promoting greater inclusion of women.

Apart from this, SOIL has also launched Emerging Leader Booster Programme – for young managers from different functional areas, and Early Entrepreneur Development Programme – for aspiring or first generation entrepreneurs who have a family business. All these programmes aim at creating the next generation business leaders and are a part of the 'Realize Your Potential' series in which each student will be trained by corporate leaders and entrepreneurs. Women faculty including Nandini Vaidyanathan, eminent entreprenuer; Barbara Jones, human change specialist and Nilanjana Paul, IT and BPO veteran, will also be training the students.

The programmes will commence in July and August 2011 and will be held for two weeks every quarter.
