The report that Mr. E Ahmed "has taken over from Kapil Sibal as the Minister of State for Human Resource Development" gives an impression that Mr Sibal has been relieved of the charge of HRD ministry. This is factually incorrect. Mr. Sibal is indeed the HRD Minister of Cabinet rank and Mr. Ahmed is one of the Ministers of State in the same ministry. We expect a clarification.
