Bhubaneswar, Odisha, May 24, 2010 -- Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), has received the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certificate, which attests to the highest level of quality management system of KISS.
KISS provides accommodation, food, healthcare and education to 10,000 tribal students from kindergarten to post graduation with a job assurance after the completion of education and vocational training.
ISO is the world's largest developer and publisher of International Standards; a non-governmental organization that forms a bridge between the public and private sectors. It enables a consensus to be reached on solutions that meet both the requirements of business and the broader needs of the society.
