Panjab University signs MoU with Chinese University

The collaboration will be encouraging activities like exchange of faculty members and students, joint research activities


 

Panjab University (PU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Shanghai University of Political Science and Law (SHUPL), China. The collaboration aims at furthering the academic objectives of each institution and promoting a better understanding between the faculty and students of PU and SHUPL.
A six-member delegation lead by Professor Jin Guohua, President, SHUPL met PU Vice-Chancellor (VC) RC Sobti. The MoU will be encouraging activities like exchange of faculty members and students, joint research activities, participation in seminars and academic meetings and short term academic programs by duo educational institutions.
The cooperation to be carried out between the Department of Political Science (UGC-SAP), PU and Department of International Affairs and Public Administration, SHUPL will focus on studies related to various subjects.
