Prof UR Dhar, Dean of Royal School of Business in Guwahati has been awarded the prestigious 'Best Teacher Award in Operations Management'. Prof Dhar was presented the Award during 19th Dewang Mehta Business School award ceremony held in Mumbai.
Prior to joining RSB, Prof Dhar was working as the head of the Department of Business Administration of Guwahati University. He is also a recipient of the Guwahati University Gold Medal of Merit, Best Research Paper Award of the Operational Research Society of India (ORSI) and the Best Research Paper Award of the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS).
He has extensive exposure in hard- core research, management consultancy, administration and training. His research publications appeared in many national and international journals, notably in New Zeland, UK and many more. He has presented papers in several national and international seminars and conferences.
