Ranchi University To Double MBA Fee

The university has plans to hire more experienced faculty and offer free laptops to students

Ranchi University may increase its MBA programme fee from Rs 12,500 per semester to Rs 25,000.

Justifying the proposed hike, Pro-Vice Chancellor, V.P. Sharan said that the university wanted to hire more experienced faculty, particularly after the Indian Institute of Management opened at Ranchi. Sharan also said that the institute would offer free laptops to the students.

The final decision will have to be approved by Vice Chancellor A.A. Khan and by the university’s academic council on February 28.

I do not understand how Ranchi University can manage to give very good management Education at that price....and even give a FREE LAPTOP !!...of course it is possible if Govt highly subsidizes the programme and pays high salary to the faculty....and builds all the infra-structure the course needs. i wish the studentss all the best.
