Scottish university opens campus in Greater Noida

Strathclyde SKIL Business School, Gr. Noida will offer Bachelor in Business Studies and Masters in Management


Another foreign University has paved its way in India. This time the University of Scotland has opened its campus in Greater Noida, on the outskirts of Delhi. The SKIL, an infrastructure development company, which recently forayed into the education sector, has joined hands with University of Strathclyde, Business school in Scotland to open its first campus in India.
Education Minister of Scotland- Michael Russell inaugurated Strathclyde SKIL Business School, Gr. Noida. It will offer undergraduate course Bachelor in Business Studies (BBS) and a postgraduate course Masters in Management (MIM). While the Master Business Administration (MBA) course will be started in 2013.
Russell said, "Strathclyde SKIL Business School will help cement our hard won reputation and it will strengthen links between Scottish and Indian higher education institutions." He claimed that all the courses will be designed to fulfill need of flourishing business sector. It will also bring together the expertise of academics from India and the United Kingdom.
