Trinidad and Tobago has planned to have technical collaborations with Jaipur-based Shankara Group of Institutions for training of women, especially in the fields of agriculture and health.
Addressing the institute's convocation ceremony as the chief guest – Prime Minster of Trinidad and Tobago- Kamla Persad-Bissessar said, "We focus on education and women empowerment. This technical collaboration will be wonderful and meaningful experience for our women.”
The chairman of Shankara Group of Institutions- Sant Kumar Chaudhary said, "the institute will extend its full support in the field of technical education, health and agriculture as the group has tremendous proven expertise in these areas."
Shankara International School of Management (SISM)- an autonomous Institute at Kukas, Jaipur, is promoted by S.K Chaudhary Educational Trust. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University. At present the Institute is offering Post Graduation Diploma in Management programme.
