Tripura varsity to confer D.Litt on Hasina

Vice President Hamid Ansari will also attend the convocation function of the Tripura Central University.
Tripura Central University will confer honorary Doctorate of Literature (D.Litt) on the Prime Minister of Bangladesh - Sheikh Hasina during its ninth convocation on January 12.
The Vice Chancellor of the University- Arunoday Saha said, "Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has consented to participate in the convocation and receive the honorary D.Litt."
According to programme, Sheikh Hasina will arrive on January 12 from Dhaka and leave for Bangladesh the next day. Vice President Hamid Ansari will also attend the convocation function.
