TAPMI gets AACSB-International Accreditation

The Board of Directors of Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business-International has given accreditation T.A. Pai Management Institute.

The Board of Directors of Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business-International (AACSBI) has given accreditation T.A. Pai Management Institute for its postgraduate programs, PGDM and PGDM (Healthcare) programmes.

President and Chief Executive Officer of AACSB International- John J Fernandes congratulated TAPMIs authorities for this big achievement. He further said "AACSB Accreditation represents the highest achievement for an educational institution and its college of business. The Director, Faculty, Deans and administrative staff of TAPMI are to be commended for their dedication and commitment to continuous improvement and for their role in earning initial accreditation."

The Chairman of TAPMI- Dr. Ramdas Pai said, "The entire TAPMI-community has worked for many years to put together the quality-process in place. The faculty members and staff were very actively involved in this process to achieve goal. AACSB accreditation is recognition for their ability to bring the whole team collectively together and their commitment to high quality education".

The Director of TAPMI- Dr. Natarajan said, "During the accreditation process, TAPMI was visited and evaluated by business school deans from reputed institutions with detailed knowledge of management education, applying the accreditation standards that are widely-accepted in the educational community. It was gauged on 21 quality standards relating to faculty qualification, strategic management of resources, interactions of faculty and students as well as a commitment to continuous improvement and achievement of learning goals in degree programs.

AACSB International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) is an association of almost 1,200 educational institutions, businesses and other organizations in 78 countries.
