EMC has tied up with 27 engineering colleges in Pune and will help their students to prepared for careers in information storage and management. The newly forged Academic Alliance initiative will allow EMC to give students an ‘open’ curriculum-based education on topics like cloud computing, big data analytics and information storage and management.
They will bridge the skill-gap in the IT environment and prepare students for better employability. Krishna Kant, Head, EMC Academic Alliance - South Asia & Russia stated to the press “The key issue for the sector is the lack of adequately trained personnel.
