Students are measured on their attendance and can provide ‘anonymous’ feedback about the faculty, regarding the quality of teaching and material covered. Educ8 allows each student to be given a mentor. The faculty can periodically check on progress and run reports to determine bottlenecks and/or potential failings in the system.
Educ8 also features live dashboards which show data trend analysis. Strategic and Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are tracked to ensure the academic establishment is performing to plan. Educ8 will also match student placement with prospective employers, ensuring stakeholders make the right decisions for the benefit of the Student, Employer and University alike.
The Edcu8 modules also provide online entrance examination module for Doctoral courses and an online payment gateway for student tuition fees, accommodation fees and miscellaneous payments using credit,debit cards & Net banking. Leviosa has also integrated biometrics for time and attendance of faculty work hours, as well as Hostel (accommodation) management with location selection and full reporting/feedback on problems together with a comprehensive kitchen inventory management module.
